At ART MUMBAI 2025, SRISHRI ART has presented early landscape works by Dashrath Patel from the 1950s in dialogue with contemporary artists whose practices explore material, memory, and sensorial experience. Working with concrete, terracotta, charcoal, brick, blister packs and expanded painting, these artists shape inner and outer worlds, tracing emotion, history and imagination through matter.
Featuring works by Alpana Vij, Mahalakshmi Kannappan, Unnikrishnan C, Sudhakar Chippa, Poojan Gupta, Swen Kählert, Arpan Sadhukhan and Dashrath Patel, this presentation opened a quiet space between what is seen and what is felt.
